Miller, CCIM, CPM of Sperry Van Ness/Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, Maryland. She has received certification as a Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA). As assistant to Miller, whose career sales volume values in excess of $100 million, Rice provides administrative support with daily office operations. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Miller Commercial Real Estate, Rice served as a contract specialist for Hill International, Inc. in Washington, DC. Career highlights include a letter of commendation received from the Director of Utilities and Power at the Architect of the Capitol in Washington, DC for her active role in assisting with the procurement of a multi-million dollar project. Active in her community, Rice serves as a member of the PTA at Delmar Elementary School and has been involved in many volunteer community organizations including Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Hope And Life Outreach (HALO).
