Biography
|
Mr. Johnson is a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness. He has over 23 years in commercial real estate experience. He specializes in the leasing of retail and office space. The brokerage services he provides include landlord leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. He was in the Top 3% of all Sperry Van Ness producers for 2007 and 2008. In 2006, he completed 30+ leases and 7 building sales. Mr. Johnson is skilled in the art of lease negotiation and has completed more than 300 lease transactions throughout his career.
Prior to joining forces with Sperry Van Ness in 2006, Mr. Johnson co-founded Atlanta Real Estate Partners, LLC. There, he created a marketing team that promoted Atlanta Real Estate Partners from a start-up company in 1996 to one of CoStar’s Top 20 leasing transaction firms in Atlanta.
During his career, Mr. Johnson has been recognized as an outstanding landlord representative. He has successfully completed leasing assignments for: Phoenix Insurance, Glenborough Realty Trust, AEW, Travelers Insurance, TA Associates Realty and BGK Properties. Mr. Johnson’s personal best was the negotiation of 42 completed lease transactions in a single year.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in business economics.
