Dunaj, Jr. serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of lodging and hospitality properties in Ohio. He brings to this position over 32 years of hotel development, ownership, operations and financial management experience. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Dunaj served as the sole owner and chief executive officer of GRF Enterprises, Inc., a real estate development and hotel management company, where he developed a chain of Luxbury Hotels in the mid-west, from the ground up. Previously, for five years, Dunaj served as board director and the executive vice president of Winegardner & Hammons, Inc., a national hotel management and development corporation headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to joining Winegardner & Hammons Dunaj was with an international accounting firm for nine years where he was directly responsible for managing the audits of the Marriott Corporation and Holiday Inns, Inc. Dunaj is an active licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio and a non practicing certified public accountant. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Maryland.
