Biography
|
Anthony Argento serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of land, office, and retail properties in Massachusetts. Argento has over 10 years of experience.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Argento served as Real Estate Loan / Workout Specialist for FDIC. His experience there included evaluation of assets in preperation for resolution. In addition he attended several bank closings, focusing in the commercial loan area. Working in the Major Assets Group, he handled loans of $1 million plus. This included a full review of real estate loans and recommendation as to asset disposition.
In addition he worked in the forceclosue unit, handling all aspects of the forclosures including the apprasial review function.
Previously, he served as Vice President of commercial lending at Fleet Bank, Boston(formerly Shawmut Bank)included in a twenty year banking career as a lender.
Argento received his Bachelor's degree from Windham College. |
