Neelans has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Neelans served as a Sales Manager for ComVest Realty Service, Inc. where he concentrated in large buyer broker projects for several major entities. Before becoming involved in real estate, Alan held sales management positions with firms in the computer industry. In addition he was a partner in a firm specializing in products and equipment for the entertainment industry. All of this experience gives Alan a better understanding of his client's needs.
