Though her specialization is in the sale of multifamily properties, her current focus is on research, marketing and sales support of the Helm Team while retaining her license in good standing and seeking opportunities to assist clients directly with their real estate portfolio needs. Wright joined Walter Helm’s team at Sperry Van Ness in 2004. Having worked with Helm previously, Wright was pleased to have an opportunity to join this excellent team. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, she served as office/marketing manager and IT support for Menlo Equities, a real estate investment firm in Palo Alto, California. This high-value firm specializes in the acquisition, management and value-adding of Class A buildings leased to high technology companies throughout Silicon Valley and Southern California. Previously, Wright was associated with Bishop Hawk Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento, where she met and worked closely with Walter Helm in the firm’s Investment Division. Preferring a support role, Wright’s experience quickly moved her into the office manager position where she supervised the administrative and research staff in support of 60+ commercial agents. She also worked closely with corporate and branch office staff to grow the company statewide. Specializing in multi family properties, Wright was the manager of the Investment Division for a real estate company in the California Central Coast. Wright also started her own Property Management and Vacation Rental company which she subsequently sold to a local real estate franchisee. Active in the real estate community, Wright holds a California Real Estate Sales License and Broker license. She is a member of the California and National Associations of Realtors, earned the Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI) designation and the E-Pro designation sponsored by the National Association of Realtors. She is a Notary Public and Signing Agent and is a member of the National Notary Association. In addition, she has earned her insurance and Series 6, 63 and 26 securities licenses. Wright has served on real estate boards of directors and many board committees both at a local and at a state level.
