Biography
|
Berlinte Sebali serves as Senior Investment Advisor with Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm Commercial Real Estate Group based in Lake Mary, Florida. Ms. Sebali specializes in the sale of multi-family properties in addition to the sale of retail, industrial and office investment properties in Central Florida. Throughout her career, Sebali has completed a significant volume of multi-million dollar transactions in representing private investors as well as national and institutional clients.
Ms. Sebali’s background encompasses various facets of the real estate industry including leasing and tenant representation. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Sebali served as Senior Associate at Metro Realty Group in Florida and as President of Sebali Realty Group. She also held the position of Commercial Real Estate Agent for five years at Royal Lepage, one of Canada’s largest real estate firms. Earlier in her career, she occupied the position of Director of International Licensing at Reitmans, a leading retail chain in Canada.

She holds a (CIFFA) certificate with honours and is fluent in English and French.
Sebali equally holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is the recipient of the following Royal Lepage real estate honours:

• President’s Gold award for 2006 and 2005
