Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Miller Commercial, Kenton served as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial from 2002 through 2009 where he specialized in the sale of residential developments, commercial and investment properties. Notable career highlights include the listing and sale of a 300 unit development tract near Milton, DE and the sale of a 75,000 sq. ft. former canning operation/converted warehouse in Milton, DE. Several of Kenton’s awards and recognitions earned under Coldwell Banker Commercial include the 2003 Rookie of the Year Award, 2005 & 2006 President’s Club member and the 2006 Outstanding Achievement Award. In 2009, Kenton obtained his State of Delaware Registered Investment Advisor license to help clients diversify between real estate and financial securities.
