Jackson serves as senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in asset acquisition and disposition solutions for financial institutions and real estate clients with distressed portfolio assets. With almost 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Jackson's team designs and implements custom marketing initiatives for the repositioning and disposition of assets that insure maximum return to his clients across the United States.

Prior to relocating to Boise, Idaho, Jackson was the first Sperry Van Ness affiliate in Oregon and closed over $53 million in sales in 2005 and 2006. Jackson was honored in The Wall Street Journal as one of Sperry Van Ness' Top Advisors in 2004 and again in 2005. Jackson's extensive resume includes a partnership at Commercial Associates in Corvallis, Oregon, formerly Jackson Cooper & Associates, and association as a broker with Town & Country Realty in Corvallis, Oregon. Jackson is extremely active in the commercial real estate industry, holding the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ada County Association of Realtors, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Boise Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and is licensed in Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
