Biography
|
David Madigan is Principal and President of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors located in Holbrook, NY. In addition to managing the company, he specializes in investment sales and leasing of commercial properties as well as providing Commercial real estate advisory services. Mr. Madigan has been selected by Sperry Van Ness as the sole Long Island representative of the SVN Asset Recovery Team. SVN’s Asset Recovery Team provides immediate underwriting nationwide and disposition solutions to financial institutions and real estate clients with distressed portfolio assets. Collaborative teaming with Senior Accelerate Marking Advisors and over 900 local market experts and professional brokers create, design, implement, and execute customized marketing plans for the repositioning and disposition of assets to insure the maximum return for our clients
History
In 1995, Mr. Madigan began as a Sales Associate. His career includes extensive experience in retail and multi-tenant investment properties. Mr. Madigan was also successful as a restaurateur, previously owning five restaurants on Long Island. Additionally, he has been owner/partner of retail and multifamily properties.
Awards
Mr. Madigan has been recognized for his consistent high performance. Since 1998 he has consecutively been named a Chairman’s Circle Winner. Additionally in 1998, 2000 and 2002 he earned the prestigious Top of the Rock Award given to the top sales associate for the Northern United States region. In 2002 he received the Legend Award, for continuous multi-year outstanding performance. Additionally, he has received the Chairman Circle Platinum Award 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 and the Presidents Circle 2007 and 2008. He was also named Top Sales Associate in New York in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. He received the Times Beacon ‘Good Neighbor of the Year Award’, as well as being awarded the Rising Star Award.
