Biography
|
Ed Boeder serves as a Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness Real Estate, LLC specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, industrial and office properties, and commercial land, in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero marketplace. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Boeder has been involved in various aspects of the real estate business – real estate finance, mortgage securitization, investment, sales, leasing and property management.
Boeder began his career in commercial real estate in 1996 with John R. Wood Realtors in Naples, Florida where he cut his teeth on small commercial leases, leasing up retail centers like Olde Naples Seaport and Dockside Boardwalk, for example. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Boeder served as commercial agent for Prudential Florida Realty in Naples and was one of the founding agents when WCI acquired the Prudential franchise rights in Florida. He spent almost 12 years at Prudential working the Collier and South Lee County areas, where he often brokered transactions valued at well over $1 million, but also gave the same attention to clients with transactions well under $100,000, especially small leases, never forgetting that those were the clients that helped him get his start in the Southwest Florida commercial marketplace.
