She was the first woman to be hired as Facilities Manager for one of the largest oil and gas companies in the country. No stranger to travel and adventure, Gail has developed $100,000 to multimillion dollar properties in Costa Rica and Panama. She worked with multiple investors in these countries to acquire both property and financing for large scale resort and marina developments. She also worked with an Investor/Principle to obtain financing and rights to hunting concessions in Africa and Bolivia. Gail is a passionate traveler and has developed and cultivated long standing relationships with real estate and development professionals all over the world. Gail has both business and engineering experience. She is well known for closing complex and varied commercial and residential investment projects and specializes in projects from $400,000 to $10 million or more. By guiding clients to appropriate financing and identifying the perfect investors for a deal, she has a career total of $50 million in sales. From contract to closing Gail gathers all relevant facts and presents them clearly and logically. She is known for thorough research, stamina and patience. Her ability to communicate clearly with all sides in any negotiation has established her as a true professional in the field. Gail is from Vernal Utah and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Utah. She is a licensed Realtor/Sales Associate in the State of Florida. Gail is a ten year resident of Sarasota, Florida and is considered an expert in commercial real estate sales and investment in Sarasota. She is an active community partner. At home in hard hat or evening gown, Gail is a volunteer and contributor to Habitat for Humanity, the YMCA Foundation, the Make A Wish Foundation, the Red Cross, and Dress for Success.
