George E. Stinson specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Mr. Stinson has specialized in Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation and Single Point of Responsibility/ Multi-Market Transaction Management for several firms on a local, regional and national basis. George has been involved in over 400 sale and lease transactions during his 27 year real estate career totaling over $350 million. In addition, George has handled sensitive negotiations, prepared financial and qualitative analyses, assembled and coordinated team of consultants, evaluated proposals, negotiated incentives, and achieved millions of dollars in client savings.
