Hithersay serves as a senior investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness/ Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors specializing in the sale and lease of vacant land and office property in the Greater Orlando market. Prior to Sperry Van Ness/Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Hithersay served with Sperry Van Ness/Mark Alexander Commercial Realty, LLC where he focused on land and office properties in both Orlando and in the Southwest Florida market. In addition, he has many years experience in the Right-Of-Way business working with cellular tower, gas & electric and wind energy companies. His extensive background with over 30 years experience includes: acting as the trustee responsible for acquisition, management and liquidation of land in Southwest/Central Florida; working exclusively in the commercial brokerage field specializing in land, office and medical sale/lease backs, and as an acquisition specialist for the Right-Of-Way industry. Clients include private investors and corporate clients such as Nextel Corporation, SBA Communications, Crown Castle, Busey Bank, Florida Gas Transmissions, Cinnabar Land Services and Clipper Windpower Development Company, Inc.
