As a graduate of Florida State University, Jeff enrolled in the College of Business earning his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Jeff served as a sales associate for Spirit Realty Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida for two years. His Responsibilities included the development and implementation of real estate strategic plans to meet business goals and objectives, obtaining new business clients, conducting competitive market analyses, producing correspondence, and working with sellers and buyers throughout the transaction period. Jeff completed multiple student investment property transactions during his time in Tallahassee.
