He has represented tenants and landlords in industrial and office properties, as well as representing clients in buying and selling. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Jerod attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he received his bachelor degree in Real Estate. He was a member of the UTA Hockey Team. Jerod was also an active member in the United States National Guard. While with the National Guard Jerod was deployed to Colorado, New Orleans, Romania, and Bagdad. He served in numerous missions which included Operation Enduring Freedom, Noble Eagle II, and Romex. One month after returning from Bagdad Jerod secured $16 million in listings.
