A native of North Central Florida, Krim brings more than 30 years of business and Real Estate experience to serve his clients. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Krim served as a member of the broker/sales team for Ocala Properties Inc, where he has spent the last decade in project management, development, leasing and sales of corporate owned properties. Previously, Krim served as VP for Mark III Industries, where he was instrumental in leading the manufacturing company to national prominence with annual sales in excess of $800,000,000. Krim serves as Chairman on two advisory boards to the Marion County Board of County Commissioners. He currently resides in Ocala with his wife, Holly and in his spare time enjoys boating, fishing, and playing golf.
