Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty, Fletcher was employed with Pinnacle Financial Group and Largo Real Estate Advisors where he was an account executive and senior loan analyst. Fletcher’s primary role was originating, negotiating and closing commercial mortgage loans with various institutional lenders. He was also responsible for analyzing commercial properties and preparing detailed financial packages for local banks, life insurance companies, conduits, and private lenders. Fletcher’s role as senior loan analyst was focused on originating loans, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, representing the company at industry conferences, and improving computer operations.
