Biography
|
Josh Weprin serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate in Cincinnati, focusing on the sale and leasing of retail property throughout Ohio. Weprin has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since graduating from Ohio State University in 2006.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Weprin served as a marketing specialist for United Developers Group, overseeing the firm’s daily operations. While there, Weprin played an essential role in marketing and executing a 10,000 square foot lease with direct buy within his first three months. As an active and motivated member of the industry, Weprin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Certified Commercial Member Institute.
A native of Ohio, Weprin is a part of a large family, many of whom are involved in the field of real estate. Weprin earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from Ohio State University and enjoys spending his free time with his family skiing in Colorado or wakeboarding on the Ohio River.
