Biography
Josh Jansen serves as a senior advisor for Coast/Sperry Van Ness, specializing in multifamily and investment sales.
Josh began his real estate career immediately after college with Marcus & Millichap in Bellevue, Washington. He left to pursue playing professional football in the CFL for Montreal, after which he returned to sales as a business-to-business insurance broker. Josh formed Jansen Associates to pursue investment sales and in 2006, merged its function with Coast/Sperry Van Ness.

Transactions Josh has arranged include multi-million dollar investment properties and smaller duplexes. Each client’s interests are carefully considered and every effort on behalf of a client – whether seller or buyer – is pursued with equal vigor toward a financial goal the client sets and which Josh endeavors to achieve.

A proponent of the virtues of small business, Josh serves on the board of the Snohomish County Private Enterprise Coalition, a local non-profit group that exists to unite the interests of small business owners in order to improve the entrepreneurial environment within the county. Josh’s passion for small business has also lead to positions on Campaign Finance Committees for statewide elections. He is a frequently quoted source of market information for various publications and has been a guest on the nationally syndicated “Tom Kelly Real Estate Today” radio show.

He earned All American honors as a football player while earning a bachelor’s degree in Politics at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
