Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate, Cherry most recently served as a commercial sales and leasing associate for Rinnier Development Company in Salisbury, MD. She also has served as Director for the Client Solutions Agency Leasing division at Cushman and Wakefield of MD. Furthermore, as Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis / Trammell Crow she represented owners and users of real estate in the identification, negotiation and relocation to new office and industrial space and created and implemented marketing campaigns for individual leasing assignments. Cherry's career highlights include receiving the CoStar Power Broker Award, given to the top commercial real estate professionals based on total square footage leased per year, for 4 consecutive years and ranking #12 on the Baltimore Business Journal's list of Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate. Her biggest leasing accomplishment was taking a 275,000 SF office building she listed from 60% leased to over 90% leased within 18 months. She has represented many national companies in tenant representation assignments. Most notably, she recently handled 5 requirements for Progressive Casualty Insurance Company simultaneously. Cherry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Manangement and a minor in Psychology from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA. In addition she is a candidate for the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation and is an active participant in NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).
