Biography
|
Michael B. Hubley serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Interstate Brokers in Atlanta, GA. Michael has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail and commercial land. Mr. Hubley came to Atlanta, GA in 1998 after extensive commercial real estate experience in the Richmond, VA and Denver, CO markets. He has served as Senior Vice President for the Ross Company in Denver and as Vice President of brokerage for Harrison and Bates in Richmond.
Michael obtained his Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts at Indiana University and attended the Indiana University of Law in 1967-68. He has done graduate level work at Butler University in 1969 and has continued his education in real estate through the CCIM program.
Mr. Hubley has worked with private individuals, equity funds, and institutional investors throughout his career; a selective list of examples includes the Miller Group, the Hartford, Prudential, Glenborough Realty Trust, Bank of America, Transwestern Investors, Windrose Medical Property Trust, and Ziegler Healthcare Properties.
