With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando, Florida market areas, McNamara has brokered over 500 transactions totaling over $150 million. In his first year at Sperry Van Ness, McNamara represented the Tenant in the largest single Industrial lease in Sarasota totaling over $2.3 million and 172,000 Square feet. Prior to affilliating with Sperry Van Ness, McNamara served as Senior Portfolio Account Manager for Mohr Partners, Inc. representing Fortune 500 clients such as Hughes Supply throughout the country in all phases of real estate transactions including property acquisitions, leases, and transaction analysis. Previously, McNamara served as an Investment Sales Associate for Marcus and Millichap, Inc. coordinating the sales and marketing of investment grade office and industrial properties. McNamara also served as Director of Sales and Leasing for the Pizzuti Companies representing a 500,000 square foot office development in Downtown Orlando, FL. McNamara has brokered numerous transactions with national companies including McDonald's, Seimens, and Alltel. Active in the industry, McNamara is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, and the Economic Development Commission. He earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelors Degree in Government/Political Science from Florida State University.
