Biography
|
Matt Rotolante, MBA, CCIM serves as the Managing Director of the National Commercial Real Estate Platform, Sperry Van Ness for Miami Dade County. Born and Raised in Miami, Florida, Rotolante is fourth generation in a pioneer family that has bought and sold over 2000 acres of land in Dade County since 1928. As a member of the SVN Asset Recovery Team, Rotolante specializes in the sale and leasing and management of Bank Owned Property, Bankruptcy 363 Sales, and traditional Improved Commercial Property including Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multi-Family in the areas of Doral, Medley, Miami Lakes, Kendall, and Downtown Miami. Rotolante is also fluent in Spanish.
Rotolante is 3rd Generation Miami Hurricane and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Finance in 1997, while also receiving a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from his Alma Mater in 2001 specializing in Economics. He is Currently President of the Miami CCIM Chapter. Founded in 1969 and with over 9,500 Designees, the CCIM Institute is considered to be the Industry Standard for higher education in Commercial Real Estate with high ethical guidelines and the practical toolsets and technology to strategically facilitate a commercial real estate transaction.
Rotolante also attends real estate conferences such as the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) in Las Vegas, Hollywood and Orlando, State of the Ports, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Monthly Meetings, Commercial Industrial Association South Florida (CIASF), Florida Bankers Association, NAIOP, ULI and the CCIM Outlook Conference every year to keep up with the latest market trends. More recently, Rotolante has attended several premier seminars and conferences for non-performing assets and workout solutions. These educational events have equipped his office with the tools and resources required to assist with the complex transactional structures of today's non-traditional, distressed marketplace.
