Being licensed as a real estate salesperson in New York and Maryland, Golub works closely with Joe French and Tom Dalzell to expand Sperry Van Ness' investment sales activity throughout the United States. He has worked with both private and instituional clients including Prudential, Developers Diversified and Centro Properties. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Golub was a research analyst and sales associate for the CoStar Group, the nation's leading provider of commercial real estate information. While with the CoStar Group, he was responsible for assisting in the expansion of the inside sales force. Teaming up with CoStar's management, he helped increase the sales staff by more than 20 associates. Neil earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from Robert H. Smith School of Business - University of Maryland at College Park and has taken additional coursework thru New York University's Real Estate Program, along with CCIM. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is the committee Co-chair of New York's Next Generation Committee. Golub is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and also participates in Big Brother Program where he is a mentor for an 11 yr old boy.
