Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, McClimans served as a Commercial Property Specialist for Prudential Florida Realty in Naples, FL where she earned membership into the Honor Circle for sales production. McClimans is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and National Organization of Realtors and the Membership Chairperson for the Pine Ridge Middle School PTO. While earning a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Stetson University in Deland, FL, McClimans was an All American Collegiate Tennis player and President of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Her father, Frank Nagle, moved the family down to SW Florida from the Philadelphia area in 1964 to begin a career in real estate sales and homebuilding. He retired in the early 90’s after a successful thirty years in the business in the Naples area.
