With a career spanning Fifteen Years, Philip has been involved in countless, complex transactions, covering multiple asset classes.

Specializing in guiding clients through the acquisition of under-performing asset, the re-position, lease up and eventual disposition of Investment Properties, Philip has provided as full suite of “cradle to grave” services; transactional “deal craft”, oversight of (and participation in) both Retail & Office Leasing teams, ongoing Advisory services and Portfolio Management, and market valuation for Multi-Tenant and Single Tenant Net Leased Investments (Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Flex).
