Biography
|
Robert L. Yale, CCIM, serves as Managing Director and senior investment advisor with Sperry Van Ness/ ComVest Realty Service. With over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Yale specializes in office and industrial brokerage services in Massachusetts' Worcester and Middlesex Counties.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Yale was president and founder of ComVest Realty Service, Inc., where he was responsible for the coordination of a factory conversion transaction that involved negotiation between two sellers, two buyers, and three 1031 exchanges. Previously, Yale served in sales management and executive positions with various hardware manufacturing firms, including Emhart Corporation, Stanley Tools, Easco Tools, and Henry L. Hanson Company, Inc.
Yale continues to serve as President of Sperry Van Ness/ComVest Realty with a team of Senior Advisors serving commercial and industrial real estate needs throughout Massachusetts.
Yale is an integrated member of both the commercial real estate industry and the community. As such, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the New England CCIM Association and National Association of Realtors. He has served as president of the Massachusetts Commercial Investment Division, as president of the Westborough-Northborough Chamber of Commerce, presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Corridor Nine Chambers of Commerce, and is currently chairman of the latter’s Economic Development Committee and a former board member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Yale received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Business Administration degrees from the University of Connecticut.
Bob and his wife Marge have four children and eight grandchildren. When busines allows, they travel to see the family. |
