Along with his brother Tom, Shawn co-founded the business over 20 years ago. Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). These designations are considered the two highest achievements in the real estate sales, leasing and property management industries. Shawn is licensed with the State of Washington as the principal broker for Coast Real Estate Services and holds a State of Oregon Property Management license. Under Shawn’s leadership, Coast has advanced its operations to over $1 billion in assets under management. Coast’s portfolio has expanded to included operations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Shawn has been associated with a number of local community and industry groups, including The Institute of Real Estate Management, Young Entrepreneur’s Organization (YEO), University of Notre Dame Alumni Club, The Rotary Club, Archbishop Thomas J.
