Being part of a national orgainzation, Terri has access to the latest tools and support staff to deliver results for clients through a proven business model that immediately markets every one of her clients’ properties to the entire brokerage community as well as the Sperry Van Ness national investor data base. She also specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and NNN investment properties with Hardee's topping the list. Terri's real estate career started in 2000 when she opened a residential real estate company with her father. She managed the office and was a full time agent giving her time-management and marketing skills that serve her in assisting her clients at Sperry Van Ness. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness and beginning her commercial real estate career, Terri was an Administrator for senior living communities in the southeast giving her knowledge of the area and extensive knowledge of running a business and understanding financials. Terri earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee in 1996. To complete her studies, she finished her study abroad at Universite Catholique De L'Ouest in Angers, France. The topic of her thesis was how cultural differences affect the marketing of various products to different countries which gives her insight on marketing and perceptions by different cultures. Terri is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, the North Alabama Commercial Real Estate Brokers' Association, and the National Association of Professional Women. She is currently completing coursework with the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and is an active member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
