Todd specializes in the sale and leasing of medical and professional office, in addition to the sale of development land in the Florida market. After graduating from the University of Miami, Todd began his career as an accountant at Rachlin Cohen & Holtz, a public accounting firm in Miami, Fl. After receiving two promotions he pursued a career in real estate. He was quickly promoted to upper management at company headquarters in Southern California and was responsible for over 1 billion dollars per year in mortgage lending. While in California Todd got married and started a family. Looking to get back to Florida, he jumped at the opportunity to work with Sperry Van Ness when he found out that they were looking to dominate the commercial real estate market in Florida the way they were in California.
