Biography
|
Tom Morgan serves as Associate Advisor and Marketing Coordinator for Sperry Van Ness Investec Services, Inc. As Associate Advisor, Morgan works with the Managing Director assisting clients, prospects and commercial agents by researching and creating presentation material while gaining the experience and knowledge required to effectively transition to transactional activity. As Marketing Coordinator, Morgan maintains and monitors all of our property websites, our traditional mailing campaign, property signage, 575 target marketing, and email marketing.
Morgan has gained in depth experience while working previously for Sperry Van Ness Investec as an intern, and research associate during summers while attending college at Florida State University.
Morgan graduated in 2007 with dual majors in Urban Planning and Political Science, with a secondary concentration in Economics. These academic fields as well as hands on experience have made Morgan a valuable asset to our Company.
Morgan is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, The Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service, and The International Council of Shopping Centers.
Morgan was selected to a competitive internship in Washington D.C. for Senator Bill Nelson as a legislative intern in 2006, in 2004 Morgan was selected to work for Congressman Allen Boyd’s campaign staff on his way to re-election in FL’s 2nd Congressional District, and in 2002 Morgan worked as a runner for Cole, Stone & Stoudemire.
Morgan is a Life Member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, enjoys many outdoor activities such as surfing, wakeboarding, spear fishing, basketball, tennis and golf.
