Trish brings with her experience as a site acquisition and leasing agent working with neighborhood retail developers in Central Florida. Trish began working within the Real Estate Industry more than 30 years ago. Her experience includes sales, management and finance. She was principal and president of a mortgage company that placed commercial and residential loans. She has many business contacts and is active in the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. She was a past board member on the Florida Hospital Foundations Children's Circle of Care, FAMB (Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers), and various home owner associations. Trish acts as the tenant rep for franchissee's of Tim's Wine Market, Florida; and One Price Dry Cleaners. Trish is part of the Retail Team at the Lake Mary office, that also tenant reps for Menchies Florida Franchisee's. Trish graduated from Edgewater High School and Rollins College where she has witnessed the expansive growth of Central Florida. Today Trish is a life member of Psi Chi (National Collegiate Honor Society), a member of CFCAR (Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), a member of the Economic Development Summit board and Chair of the Economic Development Forum committee of the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce; appointed to and a current member of the Leisure Services Advisory Committee for Seminole County. Trish has been awarded an Advanced Leader Bronze in the Toastmaster's International family. Trish spends her free time reading, golfing, gardening and being a new grandmother.
