Tucker-Gasser is Associate Broker and Principle of Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix Arizona and specializes in the acquisitions, disposition and leasing of multi-tenant retail properties throughout the Phoenix Metro, Arizona market. With over twelve years of commercial real estate experience, Tucker-Gasser has completed well over $2 billion dollars in retail sales transactions. Prior to arriving in Phoenix Arizona, Tucker-Gasser worked as a paralegal for Stubbs, Hittig and Leone, a San Francisco, California based law firm, specializing in commercial real estate law while attending law school. After deciding not to pursue a career in law, Tucker-Gasser started her own mail order business Feline Frenzy. Later she sold it to a national pet supply company and relocated to Phoenix Arizona. Upon arriving in Phoenix, Arizona, Tucker-Gasser began her commercial real estate experience working with Retail Brokers, Inc., a local brokerage specializing in retail leasing. Her first year in commercial real estate she was named “Rookie of the Year” and in less than three years, Tucker-Gasser was promoted to director of sales, wherein she represented over $50 million in retail sales transactions. Tucker-Gasser’s prides herself on her strong communication and negotiating skills, and believes in mandatory thorough follow-up with every transaction.
