Recently, Ruthven has assisted in the sale of nine self storage properties valued at $12.7 million from properties of $325,000 to $2.6 million. He placed loans on properties valued from $250,000 to $50 million both domestically and internationally. Previously, Ruthven was the chief executive officer of Power Funding Group, a full-service mortgage banking company where he managed the origination, sale and servicing of residential and commercial mortgage loans. Ruthven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Norwich University in Northfield, VT. and resides with his family in the Buffalo, NY area. He is a member of the NYS Self Storage Association and the National Self Storage Association, which represents the owners, operators and vendors within the industry.
