In Johnson's 37 years in commercial real estate, he has seen a career volume of almost $1Billion in lease and sales transactions. Johnson is a member of the Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team and provides expert valuations for various clients. Johnson is a member of the Self Storage Association (SSA), the national trade organization representing self-storage owners, operators, and vendors within the industry,the Georgia Self Storage Association, and is a regular attendee of self storage conferences. Mr. Johnson has been a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Boston, opened Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston Office as a managing broker, and during the 1990’s, Mr. Johnson founded Boston Real Estate Partners, a full service commercial real estate firm. In 1996, Mr. Johnson relocated to Atlanta and opened Atlanta Real Estate Partners, which in recent years was recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top 20 Power Brokers for production in the metro Atlanta market.
