Dalzell has over 15 years of commercial real estate leasing and brokerage experience, including founding his own firm and working for several New York real estate firms. Dalzell works closely with Sperry Van Ness Senior Investment Advisor Joe French in expanding the company's retail investment sales activity throughout the United States. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Dalzell owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm, Thomas C. Dalzell Associates. Previously, Dalzell served as managing director of The Galbreath Company where he was responsible for initiating and consummating commercial real estate leasing and investment sales transactions. He has represented clients that include: Emil Mosbacher Trust, New York City Community Preservation Corporation, World-Wide Holdings Corp., NHK Japan Broadcasting, SRI International, Aeromexico, Gannett Co.
